The presentation of the project “Memory Headquarter of the Tadeusz Kosciuszko Polish Division. Memorial Museum of the Soviet-Polish Brotherhood in Arms” has taken place in the Ryazan Central Library on the 15th of March.
The project was initiated by the “KURSK” community, which signed an agreement with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in December 2021 on the donation of the headquarter’s building for the subsequent restoration and the further organization of a memorial museum of the Soviet-Polish brotherhood in arms.
The restored headquarter should be included in the history studies’ program and become an important point of the historical and tourist routes.
Representatives of the city and regional administration of Ryazan, the public chamber of the Ryazan region, heads of Ryazan museums and public organizations, representatives of the military-historical society and the President of Erzia International Art Foundation Mikhail Zhuravlev took part in the presentation.
