The exhibition “The Worlds of Master Erzia. Baku ” will open in Azerbaijan Pavilion at VDNKh, Moscow, June 1st, 19:00. It is dedicated to International Children’s Day.
The exhibition “The Worlds of Master Erzia. Baku ” will open in Azerbaijan Pavilion at VDNKh, Moscow, June 1st, 19:00.
Exhibition “The Worlds of Master Erzia. Baku ” is dedicated to the 145th anniversary of the outstanding sculptor of the twentieth century Stepan Dmitrievich Erzia (1876-1959) whose life and work were associated with Azerbaijan.
The exhibition was organized with the support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation. There will be fifty children’s works from different countries inspired by Stepan Erzia’s world.
Children from 6 to 16 years old take part in the exhibition. These children are from Moscow, Baku, Sevastopol, Novorossiysk, Saransk, Polevskoy and other cities. The exhibition will consist of 50 drawings made in various ways – painting, graphics, arts and crafts.
An online award ceremony will take place at the opening of the exhibition.
Guests of the event will be able to watch a short film about Stepan Erzia’s life and work.
During the opening ceremony a fashion show “Flower Collection” will be presented by Children’s modeling Agency “INV Models” which is the partner of Erzia International Art Foundation. This is a collection of the famous Moscow designer Anastasia Mishina.
Art-director of Erzia International Art Foundation Vlada Prosvirkina is an author and curator of the exhibition.
The exhibition will open from 02,June to 21,June 2021.
